With regard to 與 in regard to及regarding 用法，都是about、concerning 或 regarding「關於」的意思。因為是介係詞因此後面皆使用名詞。只是很多人會將其regard的單複數搞混，因此呈現很多錯誤的使用方式。
with regard to 用法
With regard to your suggestion I will take it into consideration. (O) 關於你的建議，我會將它列入考慮。
With regards to your suggestion I will take it into consideration. (X) 一般人很容易在這個文法中把regard 加個s，別忘了這個片語是單數唷~
With regarding to your suggestion I will take it into consideration. (X) 也很容易誤以為是with regarding to ，千萬別加ing唷。
in regard to 用法
There is no question in regard to his ability. 他的能力無庸置疑。
=There is no question about his ability.
=There is no question with regard to his ability.
=There is no question regarding his ability.
=There is no question as regards his ability.
有發現到這些介系詞片語其實都是「關於」的意思，且放句首或放句中皆可。
regarding 用法
regarding 單獨存在，後面不接 to ，很多人都會誤以為是 regarding to 這是錯誤的使用方式唷~
Regarding the academic degree, he refuses to admit his mistake. (O)關於學位他拒絕承認錯誤。
Regarding to the academic degree, he refuses to admit his mistake (X) 這是錯誤的寫法，沒有to唷
as regards 用法
前面的片語不是ing就是 regard要使用單數，但偏偏as regard 要加s，否則又成為一個錯誤的用法，難怪常常傻傻搞不清楚。
As regards the third paragraph in your report you should rewrite it immediately. 關於你第三段的報告，你必須立即重寫。
