過去式文法句型

詢問過去時間的事件或動作，以疑問詞what為句首，主詞後接原形動詞。

問句：你昨天做什麼? 她/他上個月做什麼?

答句：我/我們昨天在教室讀英文。

1. A: What did Mom cook last night? B: She cooked beef noodles (last night).

A：媽媽昨晚煮了什麼？

B：她（昨晚）煮了牛肉麵。

2. A: What did Frank do yesterday afternoon?

B: He jumped rope (yesterday afternoon).

A：Frank昨天下午做了什麼？

B：他（昨天下午）跳了繩。1. Peter：Gina上週末做了什麼？　

Larry：她（上週末）跳了舞。

yesterday+一段時間	yesterday morning / afternoon /evening（昨天早上／下午／傍晚）、yesterday（昨天）
last+一段時間	last night / week / month / year / Monday（昨晚／上禮拜／上個月／去年／上星期一）
一段時間+ago	one hour ago（一小時前）、two days ago（兩天前）、three months ago（三個月前）、four years ago（四年前）
其他	before（以前）、the day before yesterday（前天）、 at that time＝then（那時）、just now（剛才）
this	this morning / afternoon / evening / week / Monday （今天早上／今天下午／今天傍晚／這週／這星期一）

過去式助動詞置於肯定句句首，並把過去式動詞改為原形動詞，句尾改為問號，即形成疑問句。

肯定句：先簡答，再詳答。

Yes,	主詞	助動詞.	主詞＋過去式動詞＋（受詞）＋時間副詞.
Yes,	she	did.	She cooked lunch (for us) yesterday.
Yes,	she	did.	She usually jogged in the morning before.

否定句：先簡答，再詳答。

No,	主詞	否定助動詞.	主詞＋否定助動詞＋原形動詞＋（受詞）＋時間副詞.
No,	she	didn’t.	She didn’t cook lunch (for us) yesterday.
No,	she	didn’t.	She didn’t usually jog in the morning before.
No,	I	didn’t.	I didn’t swim one hour ago.
